Our mission is to provide specialized education and training to healthcare providers, streamlining the care of patients receiving skin substitute treatment (membrane wrap) and improving clinical outcomes. We empower providers with the resources they need to enhance care delivery while optimizing patient results and supporting the growth of their practices. We've helped thousands of chronic wound patients across primary care, podiatry, assisted living, home health, and hospice settings—particularly focusing on those utilizing Medicare Part B and most Medicare Advantage Plans.

We’ll begin by completing the necessary legal & administrative setup,
including HIPAA-compliant agreements and basic practice info. You’ll also assign a main point of contact so we can coordinate closely with your team every step of the way.

We help onboard your providers by collecting credentials and guiding
you through quick, required compliance trainings. You’ll also receive clinical protocols and documentation templates so your team is confident and aligned with Medicare coverage guidelines.

We work with your EMR system to streamline documentation and
ensure secure communication. You’ll learn how to identify qualified patients and submit simple insurance verification requests. We assist
with all necessary paperwork and coordinate directly with the graft
company for product approval and delivery.

Once patients are approved, you’ll begin treating them with advanced grafts tailored to their wounds. Our team remains involved, offering reimbursement guidance, documentation reviews, and regular check-ins to help your clinic stay compliant, supported, and successful.
